WE BELIEVE THAT GOD GAVE THE GREAT COMMISSION to THE CHURCH, and THEREFORE MISSIONS SHOULD HAPPEN IN and THROUGH LOCAL CHURCHES. THROUGH OUR TWO INTERDEPENDENT DIVISIONS, UPSTREAM EQUIPPING and UPSTREAM SENDING, WE HELP CHURCHES SEND THEIR PEOPLE CROSS-CULTURALLY WITH EXCELLENCE and CARE.
