ONE of THE MAIN PURPOSES of PETRA FOUNDATION, INC. is to SHOW THE HOMELESS and DRUG or ALCOHOL ADDICTED MEN THE LOVE of JESUS THROUGH FOOD, SHELTER and HOPE for THE FUTURE. WE CONTINUE to PARTNER WITH DAMASCUS ROAD, A TWO-YEAR DRUG and ALCOHOL REHABILITATION PROGRAM. THE COST is $1,800.00 PER PERSON for THE FIRST SIX WEEKS to GET STARTED IN THEIR REHABILITATION. IN ADDITION, WE ARE NOW HELPING OUR SENIOR CITIZENS OVER THE AGE of 55 WHO ARE IN DESPERATE NEED of FOOD AND/OR MEDICAL ATTENTION. WE HAVE ALSO ADDED FREE HOME REPAIRS to THOSE WHO QUALIFY. WE HAVE BEEN IN THE PROCESS of BUILDING A MULTI-USE FACILITY to BENEFIT THESE PEOPLE IN NEED. ALSO, WE HAVE TAKEN ON THE CARE and MAINTENANCE of THE PROPERTY WE ARE LOCATED ON.
