2025 Was Silambam Phoenixs 25th Anniversary Year. We Had A Whole Series of Events Presented, In Addition to Our Regular Programming. All Additional Events Also Aligned With The Organizations Mission. During 2025. Silambam Phoenix Presented The Solo Debut Performances of 8 Students, Between January and June. We Began The Year With An Invited Performance At The Peoria Center for Performing Arts. 6 Students Presented A 90 Minute Performance to An Audience of About 125. The Anniversary Celebrations Started Off With A Solo Performance By The Artistic Director, Dr. Srimathy Mohan (audience of 200 Community Members), With Live Orchestra. The Major 3 Day Anniversary Celebration Saw The Presentation of 3 New Dance Productions. Day 1 Featured A Group Production Titled Bandhavam B The Artistic Director and Three Other Artistic Directors From Sister Dance Institutions In Columbus, OH, Houston, TX and Chennai, India. This Production Also Featured 8 Silambam Students Had Had An Audience of 150. Day
