We, The Members of North Carolina Epsilon Chapter of Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity, In Order to Form Lifelong Bonds of Brotherhood; Promote The Intellectual and Moral Welfare of Our Members; and to Promote Scholarly Standards of Our Association, and In Order to Be Positive, Productive Members of Our Campus and Community, Do Ordain and Adopt These Bylaws In Accordance With The Laws of The Land, The Rules of Appalachian State University In North Carolina, and The Fraternity Laws of Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity.
