Professional Artist In Residence Development: Redline Affords 16 Professional Resident Artist In Various Stages of Their Careers, Studio Space. The Space is Provided to The Artists At A Charge of $200.00 Per Month, Plus 4 Hours of Community Service Per Month to Be Provided By The Artist. Market Rent is Approximately $500.00 Per Month. In Additions, 6 Mentoring Artists Work On Site. Each Artist Contributes 2 Hours of Community Service Per Week, or 8 Hours Per Month, to The Surrounding Neighborhood As A Condition of Retaining His or Her Studio Space. Redline Milwaukee Does Not Accept Payment of Commissions or Fees From The Sale of Artists Work. Redline Milwaukee Also Houses A Teen Outreach Studio, Giving 4-5 Teens Studio Space While Being Mentored By A Resident Artist.
