MEMBER NEIGHBORHOODS of CRA INCLUDE THE COMMUNITIES of BAHIA BAY, CITY BY THE SEA, ISLANDS of ROCKPORT and LA BUENA VIDA, and OTHER NEIGHBORHOODS IN THE SOUTHERN PORTION of THE COUNTY NOT REPRESENTED BY A PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION.
