COVERING THREE MODULES, STUDENTS LEARN ABOUT THE FOUNDATION OF CREATING A SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS TO THE IMPLEMENTATION PHASE OF THEIR IDEA. STUDENTS ENGAGE WITH ONE ANOTHER IN BUSINESS COHORTS AND SHARPEN THEIR ORATORY AND WRITTEN SKILLS WHILE THINKING CREATIVELY AND CRITICALLY. BY THE END OF THE COURSE, COMMITTED STUDENTS WILL HAVE CREATED NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS AND BUSINESSES REPLETE WITH FISCALLY SUSTAINABLE BUSINESS MODELS. HEALTHY COOKING: GROWING, COOKING, AND EATING FRESH FOODS ARE A NECESSARY MEANS TO RESPONSIBLE LIVING. BRINGING HEALTHY FOODS INTO THE CLASSROOM CAN INCREASE STUDENTS AWARENESS, APPRECIATIO
