WILL ALSO PROVIDE INDEPENDENT LIVING ARRANGEMENT PROGRAM for TEENAGERS WHO HAVE EXEMPLIFIED THE ABILITY to LIVE RESPONSIBLY IN AN INDEPENDENT LIVING ENVIRONMENT.
