The Healthy Weight Commitment Foundation (HWCF) Has Been A National Multi-year Effort of Over 300 Organizations Working Together to Help Families and Schools Reduce Obesity - Expecially Childhood Obesity. HWCF Brings Together Retailers, Food and Beverage Manufacturers, Restaurants, Sporting Goods and Insurance Companies, Trade Associations and Non-governmental Organizations and Professional Sports Organizations to Promote Ways to Help People Achieve A Healthy Weight Through Active, Healthy Lifestyles. The Together Counts Social Media Platform Provided Resources and Tools for Familes and Schools to Promote Active, Healthy Lifestyles and Encourage Families to Eat Meals Together and Be Physically Active As A Family.
