IT WILL ALSO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS and FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE to PERSONS WITH AN INTEREST IN THE BUILDING MATERIALS and THE BUILDING TRADES to PURSUE POST-SECONDARY SCHOOL EDUCATION OPPORTUNITIES.
