What they do
Transitional Housing is Provided to Men With Felony Backgrounds Who Are Recently Released From Incarceration. Residents Are Provided With A Structured Environment With Rules That Generally Align With The Conditions of Their Probation or Parole, Including No Drug or Alcohol Use, Curfew, and Employment Requirements. Residents Are Provided With Case Management, Support to Attain Employment, and Other Services Through Other Nonprofits With Which Vita Nova Partners. In Fiscal Year 2024-25 We Provided Transitional Housing to Seven Residents At Our Triplex. All of Them Were Employed Soon After Release, and One Moved On to His Own Apartment In Spring 2025.
