IN ADDITION to VOLUNTARILY SPENDING EXTENDED PERIODS of TIME AWAY FROM HOME and RISKING INJURY or DEATH to SECURE OUR FREEDOM, NEOPAT HAS IDENTIFIED THAT SERVICE MEN and WOMEN OFTEN RETURN to CIVILIAN LIFE WITH NEEDS THAT ARE NOT DIRECTLY ADDRESSED BY EXISTING GOVERNMENTAL PROGRAMS.
