THE FACILITY and ALL EQUIPMENT WAS SOLD IN 2022 . THE NET FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE MORTGAGE PAYOFF WERE EARMARKED for CHARITY. THAT CONTRIBUTION of THE NET FUNDS to CHARITY OCCURRED IN 2023.
