A Final Report Will Be Prepared and Provided to Ulupono Initiative, Which In Turn Will Submit The Report to Hawaiis Department of Agriculture and Biosecurity and to State Legislators to Help Develop Forward-looking Policies Regarding Aquaculture and Aquaponics. Since The Funding Was Received In Late December 2025, No Expenses Were Accrued for This Project Until 2026, So The Amount Reported On This Form is 0.
