THE ORGANIZATION FOCUSES ON PROJECTS SERVING LOW to MODERATE INCOME HOUSEHOLDS WHO STRUGGLE to SECURE HOUSING INCLUDING PEOPLE WHO WORK AT LOW WAGE JOBS, PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES and OTHER SPECIAL NEEDS. IN ADDITION, ON AUGUST 15, 2016, THE FUND WAS CERTIFIED BY THE US DEPARTMENT of TREASURY AS A COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FINANCIAL INSTITUTION (CDFI).
