THE FACILITIES ARE PRIMARILY PRIVATE PAY, BUT JAH-JIREH ADMITS A PERCENTAGE of RESIDENTS WHO CANNOT AFFORD THE COST and NEED A JAH-JIREH SUBSIDY.
