RBHS PURPOSE is to FURTHER THE CHARITABLE and EXEMPT PURPOSES of ITS MEMBERS BY SUPPORTING, BENEFITING, and PERFORMING and CERTAIN FUNCTIONS and PURPOSES of ASHLAND HOSPITAL CORPORATION and PORTSMOUTH HOSPITAL CORPORATION.
