AS A 501(C)(3) NONPROFIT and NONPARTISAN COALITION, WE BRING TOGETHER INDIVIDUALS, ADVOCATES, COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS, STATE AGENCIES, and POLICYMAKERS to ADDRESS THE UNDERLYING CAUSES of POOR HEALTH BY CONNECTING KENTUCKIANS WITH OPPORTUNITIES to MAKE CHANGE THROUGH POLICY ADVOCACY.
