PURCHASE, OBTAIN DONATIONS OF, and ACCEPT OWNERSHIP of EXISTING RENTAL HOUSING PROPERTIES AND, IF APPLICABLE and APPROPRIATE, to ASSUME EXISTING MORTGAGES and ASSOCIATED INDEBTEDNESS of SAID PROPERTIES AND/OR OBTAIN OTHER FINANCING and OPERATE SAID PROPERTY AS AFFORDABLE LOW-INCOME HOUSING. 4.
