Our Programs Are Designed With Fidelity and Empathy Ensuring We Address Both Immediate Needs and Long-term Well-being: Community Nutrition Program: Guided By Our "Nourishment Not Neglect" Philosophy We Have Served Over 2,000 Meals and Provide Fresh Produce Each Month to 150 Families. Community Events: We Host Expansive Resource Fairs Hygiene Drives and Other Outreach Events That Have Engaged Over 5,000 Community Members Promoting Mental Health Awareness Providing Basic Needs Items and Fostering Social Connection. Sisterhood: This Mentorship Initiative Provides Vital Support to African American and Latinx Girls At Alternative School Sites and Youth With Lived Experience In Foster Care Fostering Personal Growth and Academic Success Servicing 200 Youth Each Year. Healthy Hearts and Minds: Supporting The Wellness of Vulnerable Families and Individuals At Risk of Housing Instability This Program Has Facilitated Over 30 Targeted Workshops Focused On Community Resources and Mental Health Awar
