THE FACILITY WILL BE A HYBRID, FEE-BASED PROGRAM COMBINING REVENUES FROM MEMBERSHIPS and ADMISSIONS, WITH RENTAL INCOME FROM COMPLIMENTARY FAMILY-CENTRIS PROGRAMS, RETAIL and or RESTAURANT TENANTS.
