IT SHALL FURTHER BE THE PURPOSE of THIS ORGANIZATION to ASSIST IN COOPERATIVE ENDEAVORS WITH STATE ASSISTED INSTITUTIONS and AGENCIES IN PERFORMING THE EDUCATIONAL TASKS and MEETING THE EDUCATIONAL NEEDS of OHIO. IT SHALL FURTHER BE THE PURPOSE of THIS ORGANIZATION to REPRESENT THE INTERESTS and to PROTECT and PROMOTE THE GENERAL WELFARE of THE MEMBERS LOCATED IN THE STATE of OHIO.
