WE PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES for PARTICIPATION IN TOP-QUALITY ATHLETIC COMPETITIONS, WORKSHOPS, and EDUCATIONAL SESSIONS DESIGNED to INFORM and MOTIVATE SENIORS to ENGAGE IN REGULAR PHYSICAL ACTIVITY and HEALTHY LIVING.
