EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2018, THIS ORGANIZATION MERGED WITH KIDS IN NEED FOUNDATION MN MERGER CO., A MINNESOTA NONPROFIT CORPORATION. THE MERGED ENTITY CHOSE to KEEP KIDS IN NEED FOUNDATION AS THE NAME for THE NEW ENTITY. THE MISSION and PURPOSE of THE COMBINED NONPROFIT CORPORATION HAS NOT CHANGED.
