THE MISSION of IOWA LAKES RC&D is to ADDRESS THE NATURAL and HUMAN RESOURCES to ADVANCE ECONOMIC and SOCIAL BETTERMENT of NORTHWEST IOWA. THE RC&D PROGRAM WILL HELP LOCAL PEOPLE OBTAIN and COORDINATE TECHNICAL and FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AS NEEDED FROM A VARIETY of PRIVATE, PUBLIC, and GOVERNMENTAL SOURCES.RC&D ASSISTS COMMUNITIES and INDIVIDUALS IN AN EIGHT COUNTY AREA of NORTHWEST IOWA. THE IOWA LAKES RC&D COUNCIL PROVIDES A WAY for LOCAL PEOPLE to PLAN and IMPLEMENT PROJECTS THAT WILL MAKE THEIR COMMUNITIES BETTER PLACES to LIVE. THEY ARE PART of THE IOWA LEAGUE of RC&DS,WHICH REPRESENTS ALL of THE IOWA RC&D COUNCILS.
