DETERMINE THE STRENGTHS and WEAKNESSES of THE COMMUNITY THROUGH FOCUS GROUP MEETINGS and DECIDE WHICH OPTIONS PROVIDE THE MOST BENEFITS for THE COMMUNITY and BUSINESSES, 7. FACILITATE THE CITIZENS, CITY GOVERNMENT, and BUSINESSES IN STAPLES to IMPROVE COMMUNICATION and PLANNING and WORK TOGETHER ON PROJECTS.
