This Organization Also Desires to Support Its Local Communities, Particularly On Behalf of The Youth, By Reaching Out to Young People and Other Disadvantaged Persons With Programs of Direct Assistance Designed to Enhance Dignity and Worth of All of Virginias Needy Citizens.
