IT is ALSO THE PURPOSE of THE ORGANIZATION to PROVIDE MEMBERSHIP TRAINING IN LEADERSHIP and CIVIC CONSCIOUSNESS to ENHANCE PARTICIPATION AS CITIZENS IN THE GREATER NORTHEAST OHIO COMMUNITY.
