What they do
Education, General/Other: Just Prior to The End of Year 2007 We Began A Community Garden In Cooperation With The City of Hoquiam, Washington. Its Purpose Was to Help Create Peace Through Bringing People Together With A Common Interest. The Garden Prospered and Succeeded Beyond Anyones Expectations With Over 200 People Involved By The End of The Summer 2008. Our Policy is Not to Do Things But to Facilitate Them, So We Were Able to Turn Over The Garden to The City for The 2009 Growing Season - Again A Very Successful Operation. The Goal of The Whole Garden Experience Was to Become Involved In The Community, Gain Credibility and Identify People Who Wanted to Make Things Happen - We Succeeded At This. The Garden Was A Continued Success In The Summer of 2009. The Gardens Original Two-year Life Was Extended By The Hoquiam City Council for Three More Years to Continue On The Same Location Under City Auspices. The Garden Continues to Be A Success, Bringing In New People Every Year.

Plain answer: A tax form cannot prove that a charity is doing good. It can show how the charity says it spent its money—and point out questions you should ask.

Money made simple
Ask these three easy questions
- Who did you help? Ask for a recent story or report that shows real results.
- What will my money do? Ask exactly what your gift will pay for.
- Is this really the charity? Give only through its official website or confirmed phone number.
Bottom line: Do not decide from a name, mission statement, or tax status alone. Look at where the money went, then ask what changed, who was helped, and what your gift will do. YouCanGiveBack does not endorse or grade organizations.
