Although Our 501(c)(3) Status Was Granted Late In The Year, We Began Foundational Work In August, Including Legal Formation, Governance Planning, and Program Development. By Year-end, We Successfully Secured IRS Tax-exempt Status and Engaged In Discussions With Multiple Prospective Non-profit Clients. These Early Efforts Laid The Groundwork for Delivering Sliding-scale IT Services-including Infrastructure Support, Cybersecurity, and Consulting-ensuring Even The Smallest Non-profits Can Access Professional Technology Support.
