What they do

We CU Improves The Lives of Individuals Affected By Chronic Urticaria Through Public Education Awareness-building Advocacy and Support for Patient-centered Research. During The Reporting Period We CU Developed and Disseminated Educational Resources to Help Patients and Caregivers Better Understand Chronic Urticaria Treatment Options and Disease Management; Increased Awareness of The Condition Through Digital Communications and Outreach; and Fostered Patient Engagement and Community Connection. As Part of These Efforts We CU Launched An AI-powered Educational Chatbot Designed to Provide Individuals Impacted By Chronic Urticaria With Accessible Evidence-based Information and Support At Any Time. The Tool Was Developed to Help Address Common Patient Questions Improve Understanding of The Disease and Reduce Barriers to Reliable Information. Collectively These Activities Are Intended to Empower Patients Reduce Isolation and Promote Improved Health Outcomes and More Informed Care Conversatio
