THE MISSION of MIKOS PLACE is to EMPOWER SURVIVORS of DOMESTIC VIOLENCE to BREAK THE CYCLE of ABUSE and REBUILD THEIR LIVES BY PROVIDING COUNSELING, ADVOCACY, REFUGE, and EDUCATION WHEN IT is NEEDED THE MOST. WE UPLIFT SURVIVORS of DOMESTIC VIOLENCE INCLUDING THOSE WITHIN MINORITY COMMUNITIES BY OFFERING A LIFELINE of HOPE and OPPORTUNITY. WE BELIEVE IN THE STRENGTH of EVERY SURVIVOR and THE POWER of COMMUNITY to HEAL, GROW, and THRIVE. TOGETHER, WE NURTURE, AMPLIFY VOICES, and HELP DREAMS of NEW BEGINNINGS BECOME A REALITY.
