This Training is Led By Dr. St. Clair Who Has Over 55 Years of Experience Discipling The Next Generation. Training of The Youth and Their Leaders is Performed Via Zoom On A Daily Basis Using Curriculum From The 35 Books He Has Written On Leadership and Growing In Faith. Having Extensive Experience In Training Youth and Their Leaders, Dr. St. Clair Identifies Potential Volunteer Leaders Who Will In Turn Train and Disciple The Next Generation. Each of The Leaders Reports to The Indigenous Leader On The Ground In His/her Country. Those Indigenous Leaders Send Regular Reports and Updates On Each Trainee for A Full Accounting. Currently, He Trains These Leaders Via Zoom Throughout Kenya and Nigeria On A Daily Basis.
