What they do

SOCIAL GATHERINGS and EVENTS: 1. The Activity is The Hosting of Social Events and Gatherings for The Fraternity Members, Such As Themed Parties, Formal Banquets, Mixers, and Social Outings. These Events Are Designed to Foster Fellowship, Strengthen Relationships Among Members, and Promote The Social Aspect of The Fraternity 2. The Activity is Conducted By The Fraternitys Executive Board, With Support From The Members. Event Planning is Typically Overseen By A Social Chair or Similar Officer Who Organizes The Events and Coordinates Logistics. 3. These Events Are Held Both On-campus (designated Event Spaces) and Off-campus At Approved Venues. The Location Depends On The Type of Event and The Available Facilities. 4. Approximately 35% of The Total Time and Effort of The Fraternity Members is Allocated to Organizing and Participating In These Social Events. This Includes Time Spent On Planning, Preparing For, and Attending Events. 5. The Activity is Primarily Funded Through Member Dues and
