Grief Circle - This Drop-in Group is Open to Anyone Experiencing Grief Ages 18 and Older. Whether You Are Grieving The Loss of A Loved One A Relationship A Job or An Identity Grief Can Be An Isolating and Overwhelming Process. Our Grief Circles Offer An Opportunity to Connect With Others and Grieve In A Communal Safe and Nonjudgmental Setting. Our Facilitators Are Trained In Mindful Grieving Practices A Somatic and Embodied Approach to Healing. Program Includes: A Small Intimate Container Guided Mindful Meditation A Short Journaling Opportunity Sacred Share Circle Integration Meditation to Ground Us and Close Our Container. Facilitated By Elena Parthemer Mindful Grieving Facilitator.
