APPROXIMATELY 50-70 NURSING HOME ADMINISTRATORS ARE IN ATTENDANCE AT EACH CONFERENCE WHERE 2-3 DAYS ARE SPENT COLLABORATING and LEARNING FROM STATE and NATIONAL SPEAKERS. EDUCATIONAL CREDITS (CEUS) ARE EARNED DURING THESE CONFERENCES WHICH ARE REQUIRED for LICENSURE EACH YEAR BY THE NURSING HOME ADMINISTRATORS IN THE STATE of NORTH DAKOTA. THE ACHCA ND ROUGHRIDER CHAPTER is A PARTNER ASSOCIATION of THE NDLTCA and ASSISTS IN THE DEVELOPMENT of CONFERENCE/EDUCATION AGENDAS to ASSURE OUR MEMBERS and DISCIPLINE ARE REPRESENTED and HAVE EFFECTIVE LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES. OUR ORGANIZATION ALSO HAS A CONTRACT WITH THE ND BOARD of EXAMINERS for NURSING HOME ADMINISTRATORS (NDBOENHA) to ADMINISTER AN "ADMINISTRATOR IN TRAINING" (AIT) PROGRAM. THE PROGRAM HAS BEEN THE CATALYST and CONDUIT for MANY of THE NURSING HOME ADMINISTRA
