IT WILL BE CLEAR BAYS GOAL to ASSIST COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS IN DISCOVERING THE LOCATIONS and SCOPE of LOCAL NEGATIVE ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS WITH AN EYE TOWARDS REMEDIATION. PROVIDE UNBIASED ECONOMICAL STATE of THE ART SERVICES AS A VIABLE ALTERNATIVE for LOCAL GROUPS and TOWNS to TAKE
