HHQP CAC WILL SEEK OUT GOVERNMENTAL and PRIVATE RESOURCES to INITIATE and ADMINISTER INNOVATIVE PROGRAMS IN SUCH AREAS AS EMPLOYMENT, EDUCATION, HOUSING DEVELOPMENT, TRANSPORTATION, HEALTH, EMERGENCY NEEDS, FOOD/NUTRITION, ADVOCACY, ECT.
