SEEKS TO: (CONTINUED ON SCHEDULE O) - DELIVER A BROAD ARRAY of COMMUNITY-BASED OUTPATIENT SERVICES THAT ARE CLIENT-CENTERED and ROOTED IN EVIDENCE-BASED PRACTICES;- COLLABORATE WITH COMMUNITY PARTNERS to ENSURE THE RICHEST, MOST COMPREHENSIVE SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE to CLIENTS and THEIR FAMILIES;- PRIORITIZE PREVENTION SERVICES, MAKING THEM AVAILABLE to INDIVIDUALS, FAMILIES, ORGANIZATIONS and OTHER SOCIAL SERVICE AGENCIES;- BE A LEADER IN THE DESIGN and DELIVERY of INTEGRATED TREATMENT SERVICES for THOSE INDIVIDUALS WITH DUAL DISORDERS.
