HHW OHIO FACILITATED A SIX-MONTH MANUFACTURING LEARNING COMMUNITY IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE OHIO MANUFACTURERS ASSOCIATION. THE LEARNING COMMUNITY USED CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT PRINCIPLES to HELP 16 MANUFACTURERS IDENTIFY and IMPLEMENT PRACTICES to HELP RECRUIT, RETAIN, and ADVANCE WOMEN.
