ALL INCOME DERIVED FROM THIS TRUST is USED for THE SCHOOL EXPENSES, THE PROMOTION of THE BEST INTERESTS of THE SCHOOL, or THE EXPANSION THEREOF. UNDER THE OHIO INSTITUTIONAL TRUST FUNDS ACT of 1999, THE BENEFICIARY HAS CHOSEN to RECEIVE THE MAXIMUM of INCOME BASED ON THE GREATER of 5% AFV or TRADITIONAL INCOME. FURTHERMORE, KEYBANK MUST OBTAIN WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM THE FUNDS INVESTMENT COMMITTEE PRIOR to CONDUCTING ANY ACTIVITY WITH THE ASSETS HELD IN THIS TRUST FUND. KEYBANK MAINTAINS A RESPONSIVENESS to THE NEEDS and ACTIVITIES of THE BENEFICIARY ORGANIZATION IN THE ATTAINMENT of ITS MISSION.
