THE ORGANIZATION SEEKS to FULFILL THIS PURPOSE BY PROVIDING A SUBSTANCE-FREE, SAFE, SECURE and NURTURING "FAMILY" ENVIRONMENT WHERE RECOVERING DRUG and ALCOHOL ABUSERS CAN LIVE APART FROM OUTSIDE INFLUENCERS WHILE RECEIVING THE PEER REVIEW, COUNSELING and BEHAVIOR MODIFICATION NECESSARY for THEM to ACCEPT RESPONISIBILITY for THEIR CHOICES and ACTIONS, THUS EQUIPPING THEM to RETURN to PRIVATE LIVING SITES and GENERAL SOCIETY AS "CLEAN and SOBER" PRODUCTIVE CITIZENS.
