FURTHER, LEND ASSISTANCE and FINANCIAL SUPPORT to THOSE IN CHARGE of THE INSTRUMENTAL MUSIC DEPARTMENT, ANDERSON HIGH SCHOOL and THE ANDERSON COMMUNITY SCHOOL BOARD. THE BOOSTERS SHALL HAVE NO ADMINISTRATIVE or LEGISLATIVE AUTHORITY and ARE NOT CREATED to INFRINGE UPON THE PREROGATIVES of THE INSTRUMENTAL MUSIC DIRECTORS. ANDERSON HIGH SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION SHALL HAVE THE FINAL RIGHT of APPROVAL.
