IN FURTHERANCE of ITS PURPOSE, THE CORPORATION SHALL ALSO ENGAGE IN ALL THOSE ACTIVITIES PERMITTED of CORPORATIONS GENERALLY BY VIRTUE of THE PROVISIONS of THE INDIANA NONPROFIT CORPORATION ACT of 1991.
