ALTHOUGH THE LODGE WAS GRANTED INCOME TAX EXEMPTION BY THE INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, SUCH EXEMPTION DOES NOT APPLY to UNRELATED BUSINESS TAXABLE INCOME and THE LODGE HAD NO UNRELATED BUSINESS INCOME IN 2025. A FRATERNAL SOCIETIES INVESTMENT INCOME is EXEMPT FROM TAX UNDER CODE SECTION 512 B. OUR PURPOSE is to ENCOURAGE THE DISSEMINATION of ITALIAN CULTURE IN THE UNITED STATES and UPHOLD THE PRESTIGE of THE PEOPLE of ITALIAN HERITAGE IN AMERICA.
