APCC WAS INCORPORATED IN 1975 and is THE LARGEST SOCIAL SERVICE AGENCY IN THE AREA. APCC CONDUCTS PROGRAMS to SUPPORT EMPLOYMENT, CITIZENSHIP, CHILDCARE and LITERACY for ADULTS. APCC HAS GROWN to A MULTI-SERVICE ORGANIZATION WITH OVER 20 PROGRAM DEPARTMENTS SERVING NEARLY 9,000 CLIENTS ANNUALLY. ALL PROGRAMS REFLECT CURRENT COMMUNITY NEEDS. ITS OUR MISSION to EDUCATION and SUPPORT MEMBERS of THE COMMUNITY AS THEY DETERMINE THEIR OWN PATH of GROWTH and DEVELOPMENT BY PROVIDING A DIVERSE ARRAY of SERVICES to A BROAD RANGE of INDIVIDUALS, FAMILIES GROUPS and BUSINESSES.
