THE IACO MEMBERSHIP PROMOTES RESPONSIBLE PUBLIC POLICY, ETHICAL SERVICE and HIGH STANDARDS of PERFORMANCE IN SINGLE and MULTI-COUNTY UNITS of GOVERNMENT.
