Arcadia Pupil Support Services Consists of School Counselors, School Psychologists, Speech & Pathology Language Specialists, Nurses, and Program Specialists. Our Primary Purpose is to Represent Our Members In Their Relations With Our Employer (the Arcadia Unified School District)in All Matters Relating to Employment Conditions and Employer-employee Topics As Indicated In Our Contract, Including But Not Limited to Wages, Hours, Terms and Conditions of Employment, and Continuous Study and Action On Problems/challenges of The Profession.Accomplishments Include:1) Satisfactory Total Compensation Package Negotiations and Agreements With District/employer2) Continuing Advocacy for Positions and Appropriate Duties/responsibilities for Members3) Data-driven Progress to Better Meet Student Needs and Develop Resources (e.g. Focus On Mental Health and Wellness)4) Creation of Small Sub-Committees and Forums for Continuing Study and Growth of Student Needs and Resources to Be Addressed By Members a
