PARTICIPATION IN SUCH INTERSCHOLASTIC ACTIVITIES OFFERS ELIGIBLE STUDENTS EXPERIENCES IN AN EDUCATIONAL SETTING WHICH PROVIDE ENRICHMENT to THE EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE.
