WE HAVE AN IN-DEPTH APPLICATION PROCESS WHICH CONSISTS of A PERSONAL INTERVIEW, HOME VISIT and REFERENCE CHECKS, SO THAT EACH ANIMAL is PLACED WITH THE BEST CHANCE of SUCCESS. WE PROVIDE ONGOING FORCE-FREE BEHAVIOR EDUCATION, SUPPORT and TRAINING for OUR ADOPTERS, FOSTERS and VOLUNTEERS. WE HAVE WONDERFUL PARTNERSHIPS WITH LOCAL BUSINESSES SUCH AS PC.S PANTRY, MARTYS MEALS, GIGI & CO. and LOCAL VETERINARY CLINICS, SUPPORTING BEHAVIORAL EDUCATION IN OUR COMMUNITY. IN 2021, WE LAUNCHED AN EDUCATIONAL PODCAST CALLED POD to THE RESCUE, FEATURING INTERVIEWS WITH RENOWNED BEHAVIORISTS and BEHAVIOR CONSULTANTS SUCH AS DR PATRICIA MCCONNELL and MICHAEL SHIKASHIO. to DATE, THE PODCAST HAS OVER 50,000 DOWNLOADS and HAS BEEN A USEFUL RESOURCE to SHELTERS, ADOPTERS and RESCUES NATIONWIDE.
